Welcome to RevRocket! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RevRocket social media automation portal and the related AI-powered services provided by RevRocket ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
RevRocket provides an AI-powered social media automation portal designed for managing and automating tasks across multiple social media platforms. By connecting your social media accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok) to our portal, you authorize us to use our AI workflows to manage and automate tasks on your behalf. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
Posting and scheduling content (including AI-generated text, images, and video).
Responding to comments and direct messages.
Analyzing performance and optimizing posting strategies.
The purpose of the Service is to enhance your online presence, optimize your operations, and drive growth.
By using the RevRocket Service, you grant us the necessary permissions to access and manage your specified social media accounts.
Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to grant these permissions for the connected accounts and that your actions do not violate any agreements you have with the respective social media platforms (e.g., their Terms of Service and Platform Policies).
Account Credentials: You are responsible for ensuring the security of the access tokens or credentials used to connect your accounts. RevRocket will handle these credentials in accordance with our Privacy Policy and industry best practices.
You agree to:
Use our Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and the Terms of Service and Platform Policies of every connected social media platform.
Take Full Responsibility for Content: You are ultimately responsible for all content posted and all actions taken on your connected accounts, including content that is suggested, drafted, or fully generated by our AI tools.
Content Compliance: Ensure that all content posted, whether user-supplied or AI-generated, is not misleading, fraudulent, libelous, or in violation of any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
Maintain the confidentiality of your RevRocket account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Indemnify RevRocket against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or third-party platform policies.
Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate and post content on your behalf.
Accuracy and Appropriateness: While we strive to ensure the AI generates high-quality, relevant content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement of any AI-generated material.
Review is Required: You must review and approve all AI-generated content before it is scheduled or posted, as you bear full responsibility for it as outlined in Section 3.
No Liability: RevRocket is not liable for any claims or damages arising from the content created or posted by the AI on your connected accounts.
We strive to provide reliable and effective services. However, we cannot guarantee that our Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevRocket, its affiliates, and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Service. This limitation applies even if RevRocket has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By You: You may terminate your use of our Service at any time by disconnecting your social media accounts within the RevRocket portal and discontinuing use of the Service. Any paid subscription fees are subject to the separate billing terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, the terms of any connected social media platform, or any applicable laws or regulations.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service or on our website. Your continued use of our Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sharjah/UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sharjah.
The Marketing only plan includes unlimited AI-generated images for automated posting to the Subscriber's connected social media channels. Images are generated and posted directly to social media platforms as part of RevRocket's automated marketing campaigns.
"Unlimited" means no fixed monthly image limits for normal social media marketing operations. Typical business usage ranges from 20-200 images per month posted across connected social media channels. Usage must be for the Subscriber's own business social media accounts.
Subscribers may not:
(a) Use generated images for purposes other than posting to their connected social media channels
(b) Download, extract, or redistribute generated images to third parties for commercial purposes
(c) Operate social media marketing services for other businesses using RevRocket
(d) Use automated or scripted mass generation unrelated to legitimate social media marketing campaigns
(e) Connect social media accounts not owned or managed by the Subscriber's registered business
RevRocket reserves the right to monitor image generation and posting patterns. If usage significantly exceeds typical business needs (generally 500+ images/month) or suggests policy violations, RevRocket may: (a) contact the Subscriber to clarify use case; (b) introduce reasonable usage limits; (c) recommend enterprise pricing alternatives; or (d) suspend service for material policy breaches.
RevRocket may throttle image generation and posting speed during peak usage or for high-volume accounts to ensure fair service access for all Subscribers.
Subscribers requiring consistently high volumes (500+ social media posts/month with images) should contact RevRocket to discuss custom enterprise pricing and dedicated infrastructure solutions.
